Coil Manufacturing Facility, which is one of the best for manufacturing of coils for Thermal oil Heaters upto capacity of 15 Mln Kcal/hr. The Machine Imported from Europe, ensures the coil is manufactured is the best for fluid flows and Hence heat transfer.

The Ovality of tube of 90 mm OD is within less than 5%. Which means the tube Outer diameter after COLD FORMING in the shape of coil does not become elliptical. The diameter measured has been 88 mm and 90.5 mm Max. You are welcome to see our Manufacturing facility, with prior appointment.

We have procured one of the most appriciated plate rolling Machine with 4-rolls. The plate rolling is capable of rolling plates of up to 45 mm *1500 mm in a perfect round shape. also 4000 mm * 2500 mm plate can be formed to a perfect round shell for a Boiler or a pressure vessel.

The rolling capcity, of our machine is not matched by most of the Manufacturers. We request you to visit our plant and witness for yourself the ease and percision, with which we roll shells for the boiler.

Our Manufacturing unit at Alandi is unique and designed for Thermal oil Heater coils of 12 meters height. We have installed crane of 20 MTinstalled at a height of 12 meters.

Our Factory has a covered area of 20000 Sq Ft with EOT crane of 20,000 kg. The facility has a connected power of 200 HP and sanction power of 120 HP. We have 63 KVA Diesel generator Installed for uninterupted power supply.
